This Privacy Policy describes how “Delisting Tool Extensions for Amazon Sellers” (hereinafter referred to as “the Extension”) handles user data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

The Extension does not collect any personal information.
Specifically, the Extension does NOT collect:

The Extension stores a small amount of data locally on your device using
chrome.storage.local. This data never leaves your device

- ASIN list: The ASINs you enter into the Extension, saved solely to restore your input when reopening the popup.
- Processing state: Temporary status of the checking process, saved solely to allow you to resume or review results if the popup is closed during processing.
You can clear all locally stored data at any time by clicking the “Clear” button within the Extension, or by uninstalling the Extension from your browser.
4. Permissions Used
The Extension requires the following browser permissions, each used solely for its stated purpose:
- activeTab: To interact with the currently active tab when you initiate a check.
- tabs: To create temporary background tabs for checking each ASIN on Amazon Seller Central, and to close them automatically after processing.
- scripting: To read page content (button text) and perform click actions on Amazon Seller Central pages for automated listing restriction checks.
- storage: To save your ASIN input and processing state locally on your device for convenience.
5. Host Permissions
The Extension only accesses the following domain:
https://sellercentral-japan.amazon.com/*
This access is required to navigate to Amazon Seller Central product listing pages and check listing restrictions. The Extension does not access any other websites.
6. Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties.
Since the Extension does not collect any personal data and only stores information locally on your device, there is no data to share with any external parties. The Extension does not use any analytics services, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.
7. Data Transmission
The Extension communicates only with Amazon Seller Central
(sellercentral-japan.amazon.com) using your existing browser session.
No data is sent to any server owned or operated by the developer.
The Extension does not use the Amazon SP-API or any other external API.
8. Data Retention
All data is stored locally on your device and persists only as long as the Extension is installed. You may delete stored data at any time by:
- Clicking the “Clear” button in the Extension popup
- Uninstalling the Extension from Chrome
No data is retained on any external server, as no data is ever transmitted externally.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Extension is designed for Amazon Sellers and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
